Pregnancy Massage is specially tailored to help support the changing needs of women during the course of their pregnancy and in the post-natal period. Clients are properly positioned during treatments to ensure comfort and safety for the mother and baby.

Pregnancy massage helps with relaxation, decreases swelling in the arms and legs, relieves aches and pains in muscles and joints, and improves circulation and mobility. Pregnancy Massage can also aid in sleep quality, particularly during the third trimester.

Pregnancy Massage is indicated during the second and third trimesters (from 13 weeks onwards).

Maternity Reflexology is a wonderfully supportive treatment for women during pregnancy, and it can be helpful when clients are experiencing morning sickness and heartburn, pelvic girdle pain, insomnia, and swollen legs.

Maternity Reflexology treatments are indicated during the second and third trimesters (from 13 weeks onwards).

I had an amazing massage and reflexology session with Hayley today (6/3.) I have back and neck problems and carry a lot of tension in my neck/shoulders and jaw and consequently those muscles are always painfully tight. Hayley massages at just the right firmness to release the muscles gently without any pain or discomfort. Her reflexology skills are excellent - I have very sensitive feet but again, zero pain, just relaxing bliss. I will be a regular from now on, thanks Hayley - oh and bonus points for being a fellow South African too :)
