Pregnancy massage helps with relaxation, decreases swelling in the arms and legs, relieves aches and pains in muscles and joints, and improves circulation and mobility. Pregnancy Massage can also aid in sleep quality, particularly during the third trimester.

Pregnancy Massage is indicated during the second and third trimesters (from 13 weeks onwards).

I've just had my first session with Hayley and it was excellent and very beneficial. I'd recommend her to anyone and she tailors the treatment to suit the client's needs or preference. I'm looking forward to being one of her "regulars" now!

Hayley was friendly and knowledgeable. She identified the issues with my shoulder and back, then went to work on them. I had a clinical massage and highly recommend it. Felt great afterwards and could feel the shoulder had loosened up. I have already booked my next massage as it has been very beneficial. Helps that you have someone with loads of experience too. It was my first visit, Hayley was great. She took time to listen to what was causing me pain then personalised the massage & reflexology to help with this.
She also provided exercises to continue before my next appointment
